My martial arts journey started back in 1975 when I took my first Karate lesson from my older brother. Since then, I've been fully committed to training, started teaching in 1977, and turned my passion into a successful career by 1982.
Throughout the years, I've won 1st place in Fighting and Kata at numerous tournaments and have established several thriving schools.
My goal is to equip individuals with the skills necessary to enhance their physical well-being and even potentially save lives.
With over 50 years of experience, I've trained under various Masters and Grandmasters, gaining a wealth of knowledge in Martial Arts and Chi-Kung training.
I've also delved into the forgotten strength training techniques of legendary strongmen like Siegmund Breitbart, The Great Gama, George Jowett, Bruce Lee, Eugene Sandow, and others.
My commitment to teaching has been acknowledged through various Honors and Awards, and I've been a part of the board of directors for top Martial Arts Organizations worldwide. (scroll down👇 to see some of these awards)
